Alumni Supply Co. was founded by a former college athlete who saw how much team-issued gear goes unused after every season. We buy that surplus directly from your department and handle everything else, with no added work for your staff. We help donate whatever’s left.

Built Around Your Department
01 Share what you have
Your equipment staff sends us a list of surplus inventory. We review it, choose what we’d like to buy, and your department is paid for every piece we take.
02 We handle the rest
Every item is photographed and listed by us. We also take care of sales, payment, and shipping, so there’s no added work for your staff.
03 Your community comes first
We work with your alumni association and communications team to share every new drop with alumni, students, and fans. Whatever we don’t buy, we help you donate.
